Social work
After a Bachelor in Social Work, Leon spent years in residential child and youth care in Switzerland — including as a social pedagogue in a residential group and as deputy team lead. Relationship work, crisis, everyday accompaniment, parents, teams: the direct work with people became part of who he is.
Gestalt therapy
A multi-year Gestalt training deepened how he meets people: contact, awareness, emotions, needs, boundaries, responsibility, presence. Not as labels — as lived experience in the moment.
Experience & presence
Experiential education showed him how nature, challenge, and reflection can open development. Zen and mindfulness sharpened a quieter skill: being present with himself and with others — without turning it into religion or branding.
Toward Worth a Novel
Trauma-informed sensitivity shaped a simple principle: behaviour has a history. Combined with travel and intercultural encounter, that curiosity became a project: listen, ask, and collect the chapters strangers rarely get to share.
